Maandag® IT B.V. considers it of great importance that the processing of your personal data takes place in a way that is consistent with the existing laws and regulations for the protection of your privacy. Maandag® IT B.V. will ask for your personal data only if they are necessary for the provision of our services.
We process your personal data for the purpose of finding a suitable job for you and to perform the services you wish to use in connection therewith.

Unless you have informed us that you do not wish to receive such information, we will also process your personal data to inform you about products and services of our company and our affiliated businesses. The data you provide enable us to approach you with, and to interest you in, products tailored to your personal situation or that of the institution you represent.

Furthermore, your data may be used for research that we conduct into possibilities for further optimising our services and the services of our affiliated businesses. In this context, your personal data is anonymised and can therefore no longer be traced back to you.

We will only pass on your personal data to third parties, i.e. businesses not affiliated to us, if you have given us your consent to do so at the time of registration or a later change. Other than in the cases described above, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your prior written consent, unless this is necessary for the performance of the services you wish to use or if we are obliged to do so on the basis of a statutory obligation.

The personal data processed may differ depending on the service involved. This may include the following data: your name and address, email address and (mobile) telephone number. Prior to any processing, we will inform you which of your data will be processed. We only process those personal data that are necessary in the case in question. In other words, we ensure that for each type of processing only those personal data are processed which are accurate, sufficient, relevant and not excessive.
At your request, we will correct, supplement, delete or block your data, for example if it is factually incorrect. This may result in your no longer being able to use (part of) our services.
Our automated processing of personal data has been reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (DPA), Prins Clauslaan 20, The Hague.
Your personal data will be stored in your personal folder. The confidentiality of these data is protected by a user name and password. Furthermore, for the security of the data processed by us, we use safety procedures with regard to the recording and provision of data, among other things to prevent unauthorised persons from gaining access to these data.
Maandag® IT B.V. reserves the right to modify this privacy statement. We will inform you of fundamental changes by means of a notification on our website. Changes will be published on this page. Please check this page regularly for an update of our privacy policy.
