As a freelancer you are looking for the best assignments that exactly fit your skills. Maandag® IT has developed a method to match assignments and specialists perfectly. Besides the match between a specialist and an assignment it is the mediation that sets Maandag® IT apart. At Maandag® IT we care a lot about personal attention, that is why you will be linked to a fixed contact person as a specialist. Our recruiters will make sure your wishes will be clear and the question behind the question will be found out. When it is clear what you can do and what your wishes are in terms of assignments our recruiters will get to work and find you the perfect assignment. As soon as this is done you can start taking advantage of the many benefits Maandag® IT has to offer. You will get guidance during the whole process. Think of a pre-intake preferably with a similar candidate already working for this client. Also we will prepare you optimally and together we will go for a maximum result. And should you have any questions about the assignment or other matters, you can even contact us outside office hours!

If you are registered as a freelancer, you can use our handy portal where you can keep an overview of different assignment registrations and their status. In addition, the portal also gives you recommendations for assignments based on up to three positions that you have filled as a specialist. This allows you to quickly see whether there are any other assignments that are relevant to the criteria you have filled in. Download our instruction set for using the portal.

As a registered freelancer or after you have applied for an assignment, the selection procedure will start. You will be tested against the conditions provided by the client, so it is clear that the assignment really suits you. Once this is all done you will write a motivation letter and send your CV along with it. One of the services Maandag® IT offers is that you will get support in writing your motivation. This increases the chance of acceptance for the assignment considerably. At the end there will be an intake with the client. This will decide whether you can start the assignment. After positive feedback, we will draw up the contract for you. We use the approved Bovib Model Agreement. As soon as you have signed it, the assignment can begin.

Maandag® IT offers you full service and is also available after the signing of the contract. Are there any complications during the execution of the assignment? Do not hesitate and contact your regular contact at Maandag® IT. He or she is always there for you to (thoroughly) tackle any challenge together. Besides that we will help you to make your profile as professional as possible. This goes for your CV, your LinkedIn profile and your data in our portal. This way, you will be able to find a new challenge as soon as possible after the end of an assignment!
