Therefore, the responsible recruiter or account manager will talk (by phone) with the hiring manager. Once this is clear, the recruiters begin their search. The request is placed in our network of thousands of freelancers and hundreds of specialised suppliers. In addition, the recruiters use their own network.
After sufficient candidates have been recruited, a selection is made and the candidates enter the second phase. In this phase, we determine which candidates will be presented. All proposed candidates are interviewed by the account manager and/or the recruiter. We are naturally curious about what the candidate can do, but also who he/she is. In addition to the CV, the offer will also contain other important details. These include the availability, hourly rate and any important wishes of the candidate.
We like to be present at the intake interviews (if possible). This is to guide the candidate, monitor the process and improve the future selection for (similar) applications.
